WOW wow WOW. I can’t say enough about Sean Forschler. You hear about realtors MOVING MOUNTAINS and making the IMPOSSIBLE HAPPEN in these cannot BELIEVE IT scenarios…but I had one—and Sean totally delivered. First, he took me to over 20+ properties where we made offers of four. Then once I found my dream “must-have” property that was a bit out of my reach Sean helped me to negotiate and close an amazing deal using non-standard finance in a market where cash buyers were king. Better yet, Sean was delightful throughout the whole process–even after dealing with seemingly 100s of amendments and changes. Run, don’t walk, if you get the chance to work with him.
